1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TollyFriend ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including artists, recruiters, and production houses.

2. About TollyFriend

TollyFriend is an early-stage professional networking and job platform designed to connect film artists with recruiters and production houses. The Platform acts solely as an intermediary and does not employ, represent, endorse, or vouch for any user, recruiter, or production house listed on it.

3. User Responsibilities

By using TollyFriend, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and truthful information in your profile and listings.
• Independently verify the identity, credentials, and legitimacy of any recruiter, production house, or artist before entering into any agreement.
• Not rely solely on information presented on the Platform when making professional or financial commitments.
• Conduct all due diligence, background checks, and verifications on your own before proceeding with any opportunity.
• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful conduct toward other users.
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

4. No Verification of Users

TollyFriend does not verify, authenticate, or background-check any user, recruiter, or production house registered on the Platform. Profiles and listings are created and managed entirely by the users themselves.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or authenticity of any profile, listing, or information posted by users. You acknowledge that you interact with other users entirely at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer of Liability for Fraud & Third-Party Conduct

TollyFriend is a platform, not an agency. We do not facilitate, oversee, or guarantee any transaction, employment, or professional engagement made between users.

TollyFriend does not process, mediate, or oversee any financial transactions between users. Any payments, fees, or financial arrangements made between users are entirely outside the scope of the Platform.

We are not responsible for any monetary loss arising from transactions conducted through or as a result of using TollyFriend. Users are solely responsible for any financial decisions they make.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding of TollyFriend is owned by TollyFriend. Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant TollyFriend a non-exclusive license to display it within the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission from TollyFriend.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if a user is found to be engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior, or if they violate these Terms of Service. Users may also delete their own account at any time by contacting us.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TollyFriend and TollyFriend shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
